From the first dip of the toe, Turtle Tots is a magical journey between parent and child, developing water confidence, safety, and swimming skills through our unique and multi award-winning, child-led swimming programme.
Turtle Tots Dubai is run by Anna Blackwell. As a world-class swimming teacher, she offers swimming lessons for babies, toddlers, 3 and 4 year olds in beautiful pools across Dubai.
Our child-led swimming lessons offer a wonderful bonding experience, packed with songs and games to ensure that you and your little one enjoy your time in the pool together and develop a life-long love of the water. Our programme is taught by our fully qualified and highly skilled teachers who are trained to the highest possible standards. They have an in-depth understanding of early years communication and are attuned to your child’s needs to ensure that every skill is taught at a pace that is right for them.

Meet the Turtle Tots Dubai team
Anna Blackwell
Hello! I’m Anna and I have lived in Dubai since 2008, but briefly returned to the UK in 2018 with my young family which is when I discovered Turtle Tots.
I took my youngest child to our local lessons and loved it so much that I decided to complete my STA teacher training and become a swimming teacher, teaching a variety of ages. On returning to Dubai in 2018, I wanted to bring Turtle Tots with me and share it with families across the city as a franchisee and swim teacher.
Swimming has always been a huge passion of mine, having swum competitively through my teens. I am at my happiest when I’m in a swimming pool or in the sea. Having the opportunity to combine my love of the water with the enjoyment I get from teaching children to swim and build water confidence, gives me a huge amount of joy and satisfaction.
I’m so excited to bring Turtle Tots to Dubai and be able to share my love of swimming as I guide you and your little one on your very own swimming journey.
